I have a special place in my heart for cheese; from Gouda to Colby, Parmesan or Mozzarella. Cheddar is better, but I would be remiss to leave out Swiss. They are perfect for football Sunday, holidays, parties or a late night snack.Blue Cheese DipWhat you need:8 oz package cream cheese4 oz blue cheese3T milk1 T prepared mustard1 t pepperWhat you do:Make sure cheese is softened. Add all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth using blend setting; serve.Spicy Chili Cheese DipWhat you need:15 oz can chili without beans4 oz can green chiles, cellulite treatment chopped and seeded1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded8 oz package cream cheeseWhat you do:Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave 1 minute at a time, stopping to stir contents, then resuming procedure until cheese melts.Easy Breezy Cheesy Bean DipWhat you need:16 oz can refried beans8 oz package cream cheese2/3 c onion, chopped1 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded4 oz can green chiles, dicedWhat you do:Soften cream cheese and cut into pieces. Add cream cheese, onions, chiles and beans to small crock-pot/slow cooker and mix well. Cook, covered, for 2 – 3 hours on low. Stir in cheese, cover and heat on low until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla or corn chips. Add a couple shakes of hot sauce into mixture if you like it extra spicy.
